Notice on Issuing the “Integrity Statement of Chongqing Tonghui Gas Co., Ltd.”

To thoroughly implement the requirements for corporate integrity governance, improve the internal supervision mechanism, and foster a clean and upright business environment, the Audit and Supervision Team of Chongqing Tonghui Gas Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tonghui Gas Audit and Supervision Team”) has taken the lead in formulating the “Integrity Statement of Chongqing Tonghui Gas Co., Ltd.” (hereinafter referred to as the “Statement”), which is now officially released to the public as follows:

 

一、Core Contents of the Integrity Statement

(1) Strictly Prohibited Behaviors

For employees of Chongqing Tonghui Gas Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), any person authorized to act on behalf of the Company, and their specific related parties (including spouses, children, other relatives and friends, etc.):

1. It is prohibited to make illegal or non-compliant commitments to partners on behalf of the Company without obtaining the Company’s authorization, whether such commitments are made orally or in writing.
2. It is prohibited to accept or demand kickbacks, commissions, gifts, event arrangements or other improper benefits in any form.
3. It is prohibited to disclose the Company’s trade secrets or use them to seek personal gains.
4. It is prohibited to engage in other fraudulent, corrupt, or commercial bribery behaviors that directly or indirectly damage the Company’s interests or seek improper benefits.

二、Attachment Download

The full text of the Statement and the reporting channels are detailed in the attachment. This Statement shall take effect from the date of issuance, and the final interpretation right shall belong to the Tonghui Gas Audit and Supervision Team.
